Showcase
See the whole platform in action.
A walk through both sides of the platform: the branded site your couples plan on, and the tools your coordinator runs the day with. Every screen here is a representative mock-up in our design language; none show a real couple's wedding.
What your couples & guests see
A wedding site and RSVP on your brand.
The wedding site
Their day, your domain
Couples build a themed, sectioned site, with hero, story, events, travel and FAQ, that lives on your domain under your brand. Guests believe the venue built it; the word “Tethered” never appears.
The celebration
Forever, from here.

RSVPStructured RSVP
Answers you can sort and print
Per-event RSVP with dietary needs, arrival and departure dates, an on-site stay question and any custom question you ask, captured as structured data, not a free-text inbox. It flows straight into seating, rooming and the coordinator's sheets, and guests staying off-site see your recommended places to stay.

What your coordinator gets
The whole weekend, run from one place: without the spreadsheets.
Seating chart
Drag, seat, then lock it down
Arrange round and rectangular tables and floor-plan elements, such as the bar, DJ booth and dance floor, on a fixed canvas, seat guests by drag-and-drop, and fine-tune individual chairs in arrange mode. Build reusable floor plans in your venue's own seating library and attach one to a wedding in a click, lock the whole layout or a single table once it's signed off, and print the plan or a per-table guest handout straight from the chart.
Rooming
Every bed, every night accounted for
Assign guests to rooms against their real arrival and departure dates, pulled straight from each guest's RSVP, with bed configurations and occupancy on every room, unassigned guests grouped by invite, and own-accommodation guests tracked separately. Built for estates and lodges, down to a date-grouped arrivals and departures roster.

Where the numbers actually agree

The day-of binder
Printables, generated, not retyped
Escort cards, table numbers, the dietary sheet, the master rooming list with its arrivals-and-departures roster, welcome cards, the run-sheet, the seating plan with per-table handouts, event attendance lists and the vendor roster: every sheet prints straight from the same data the couple entered, each from its own print-ready view, white paper and themed ink. This is the part that earns its keep.

Every view above is a representative mock-up built in the product’s own design language, to show the surfaces, not any real couple. On a demo we’ll load your venue’s brand and walk the live tools.
See it running on your own venue.
Book a demo and we'll set up the platform in your brand, both the couple's site and your coordinator's tools, and walk you through it live.
